Technical problem

I've created a world and sent the password to 2 different students. The student that used Mac has joined the World, however the student that used another computer couldn't join. (It was saying ''The problem connecting to the World"). The thing is they used the same account, not at the same time of course. So why did this issue appeared when the second student tried to join?

 

Thanks! Appreciate your help. We want to use this game in our school (about 200 students, so we are testing everything out right now)
