Hi there devolopers,today I downloaded minecraft education edition on my windows 7 ultimate pc version.everything went right iit downloaded and installed but its just keeps crashing and crashing.Whenever I try to open it just says it crashed please help me I can't enjoy cuz I am actually a kid and an educator.Please help me:(

  I think there is a problem with the newer update not working in windows 7 anymore.  I don't know much about it since I'm on windows 10 and haven't paid attention to the widnows 7 problem but I did see something about it.

  Hi Armaan Mehdi Rizvi, 

  Technically, Minecraft Education Edition is still available for Windows 7. 

  However, that said, Window 7 is no longer a supported operating system and is no longer receiving important updates. I would guess that you've been running your system for quite some time... and additionally since it's no longer supported, there could be all sorts of issues with the computer that could be causing the problem, and without more specific information, it would be difficult to ascertain the exact cause of the issue. 

  Personally, I would recommend backing up your files and doing a clean upgrade to Windows 10. You could also submit a ticket and request support with the Minecraft issue.
