Can't log in with my OCSB student account

Hi there!

I tried to log into my OCSB student account on Minecraft Education, and it said: This username may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin.

I re-typed it dozens of times, it still won't work. My school board purchased it, so it doesn't make sense that it won't work. Please help!

  I don't know what's happening in your school, but in my school I am in the process of re-assigning licenses to students for the new school year. This means taking licenses away from some students.

  In some school systems, every student has a license to Minecraft. But in ours, we have a limited number. The solution to the situation for you would be to speak to your school administrators and find out if you have a Minecraft license for your office 365 account.

  Of course I am assuming that you are using your correct email address and password. That would be another thing to double check. =]
