How do I actually download Minecraft from education website
Hello, newbie parent educator here. I have jumped through all of the hoops by setting up our homeschool with a microsoft 365 account and purchasing licenses, etc. I have the Microsoft authenticator app on my phone now as well. What I cannot figure out for the life of me is how to download the actual Minecraft platform from the site!!!!!!!!!! I go to https://education.minecraft.net/en-us/get-started/download and there is no button or anything there that is remotely helpful. My kiddo is waiting patiently, but this is starting to feel like more trouble than it's worth. Help!!!!!

If there are any other newbies that didn't figure this out, I was able to go to Google Play on my daughter's Chrome Book to download the Minecraft Education Edition. Seems silly that there is no information or link at the page that is specifically identified as the "download" page though!!!! Very confusing when it doesn't have to be...

Ahhh! There's, as they say, the rub! Chromebooks are a great new connection for Minecraft, (and by the way, Gratz on getting everything set up! You will be bombed with folks wanting your advice and experience, I predict!)
However, Chromebooks - in a school setting - have nuanced environments. They can live in a managed environment where they are deployed by policy... really you don't care =D But I'm glad it W o r k e d!!!!!
Let us know how it goes, and how we can help! Excited for your homeschool experience!

Awesome work being a pioneer!
I try to think of the Chromebook almost like a tablet in how it behaves with setting it up. Very different from laptop and desktop.
I want to hear more about your homeschool adventures! Kelly Hagee

Hi Kelly Hagee thanks for your feedback on the download page. There should be a Chromebook icon on this page - were you able to see it? Clicking on this button should direct you to the Google Play store page that would allow you to download and install Minecraft: Education Edition onto a Chromebook. I'd like to hear more about your experience with this page to see what could make it easier to use!
