Minecraft not responding
Okay, so whenever I try to open Minecraft: Education Edition on Mac, it keeps freezing up before I even sign in. I've tried restarting and it didn't work, I've tried uninstalling and installing and THAT didn't work either. My Mac is up-to-date as well, so I don't know why this keeps happening.

I'm sorry this is happening. I suggest making sure you have a good internet connection, checking that you are signed in to the right "tenant" on your device (your office 365 account is signed in on your browser - life is different on a Mac,) and if those last tries don't work, I suggest you put in a help ticket. Restarting and reinstalling were great troubleshooting steps. Hope things get set straight. Let us know.
