spawn npc - button command places redstone block at location.

redstone block powers one command block that replaces command block with air.

Other command block clears player's dirt.

(clear @p dirt 0 32)

Another command block is chained and conditional that adds money to scoreboard.

Dirt can be replaced with any item that should be converted into money.
