    Justin this is another person with the black screen problem.

    Rushil Shah so sorry for the problems you are experiencing! I suggest you put in a help ticket so you can get more specific information exchanged. I see you commented on the other thread, so I am sure Justin will see your comment, but if you can go ahead and start the ticket, that would be best, I think.

    I've gone ahead and created a ticket for you so we can look into this. Generally, this is caused by some corrupt file and a full clean reinstall can fix this, but we're also tracking this issue so I'll send extra instructions in the ticket. Thanks!
