Minecraft EE crashes reguarly

Minecraft EE crashes regularly on one of my home PCs.  It's a newish gaming PC; all drivers are up to date and I'm running the latest version of the MEE.  Is there a log or something I can look at to see what's going on?  In observing the crashes, which happen every several minutes, the app just closes out without any error messages.

  Hi Lawrence Cubed, 

  Which version of the game are you running? The .exe version you can download from the website or Microsoft Store version? 

  Might be worth uninstalling what you have, and trying the other version. 

  I'm assuming you're running a Windows 10 64 bit machine? What kind of graphics card do you have?

  Am running 1.14.70.0 (x86) on a 64-bit Win10 box with a GeForce RTX 2060 Ultra.  Just uninstalled the version I downloaded from the web; then re-installed using the version from the Microsoft Store (although the install runtimes appear to have the same hash).  Fingers crossed.

  Seems to be working!  Not sure why an install from a different source with the same hash would work differently; but don't care - it works!!
