My World reset when i accidentally pressed host

i was trying to rename my world and i accidentally pressed on the host button whoch reset the world and in panic i saved. Im super sad and pissed roght now so pls help 😢😭😡🤯

  Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you lost your world. We are unable to restore lost or missing worlds. We recommend making regular backups by following these steps:

  Importing and Exporting Your Worlds – MEE (minecraft.net)

  You may be able to locate your original world in the Minecraft: Education Edition directory however, so I recommend looking there.
