    Hey there,
RTX is not officially supported in Minecraft Education. However, if you're device has the appropriate hardware (a Nvidia RTX 2000 series card or higher, or the AMD Equivalent), you should be able to enable RTX on supported worlds in Education.

Most Chromebook will not support RTX as they don't have the appropriate hardware or drivers. Additionally, note that you do need an RTX support world file.
Let us know if you have any additional questions, or concerns!
    Thank you!

Kaleb the feature is essentially broken because PBR support is gone. I'm assuming that a dev may not have known that PBR is not exclusive to Vibrant Visuals and removed it from Edu edition's codebase. Please fix this.

    Hey John,
Quick Correction: RTX is still supported and there is no official news it's being cancelled. I was misinformed. I apologize for the confusion.

However, as mentioned ChromeOS is not supported for RTX in Bedrock or Education.

    Thank you
