Is there any way to download an older version of education edition? (Or any way at all to export models with their textures and materials)

Hello. I recently started using this purely to export things created in minecraft (it is a great intro to 3d modeling for young kids), but that feature is broken in the latest updates - models don't export with textures or materials. Is there any way to download an older version of education so I can use this feature? Or is there any workaround at all to use this feature somehow?
