Student stuck in a hole

Hi, I'm just facilitating students joining the Manito Ahbee Aki world for our National Day for Truth and Reconciliation here in Canada. One got stuck in a hole and can't jump, fly, build, or float himself out of it. Any suggestions?

  Unfortunately, that experience is pretty locked down, so jumping into creative mode to escape isn't an option (at least an easy one). 

  Probably best the student just starts over.
