having issue with bills for minecraft education

We seem to have been charged twice for our student licenses. We made the initial purchase when we first set up the licenses, and now we've been charged again annually for some accounts, even though only six months have passed. Could you please look into this double charge and clarify why some accounts renewed so early? If this is an error, please let me know how to obtain a refund.
