    Hey Ej,
Here's a few things to try:
    1. Try resetting the app from Windows Settings. I don't believe this is a huge cause, but its a quick and simple try:

    • Go to Windows Settings > Apps > Minecraft Education Edition > Advanced Options
    • Click Reset This clears corrupted cache files that may cause crashes

    2. Though you did just update, it might not hurt to give your drivers another reinstall. I'm curious if a Windows Update is overriding your current drivers. I would the latest version of your GPU providers software (AMD Adrenaline, NVidia GeForce Experience, or Intel Graphics Settings) to update your drivers. I would use the "Factory Install" option to reset all of your GPU settings to ensure theirs no issues there.

    3. It looks like you're a version off on Minecraft Education. The latest version is 1.21.92 and it looks like you might be one 1.21.91. I would try to update the app and see if the issue persist.

    4. Try a clean reinstall of the app. You can find the steps to do that here: Clean Reinstall Minecraft Education on PC – Minecraft Education

    5. Does the issue persist under a different local Windows User? This could help eliminate any possible conflicting programs.

Let us know if you have any additional questions, or concerns!
    Thank you!

I started by exploring my win 10 Lenovo laptop, navigating system settings and troubleshooting display behavior. I opened File Explorer to locate system drives and confirmed the presence of mounted media. I interacted with the Windows interface, attempting to access advanced system settings through “This PC,” but discovered it redirected to the modern Settings app. To bypass that, I used the Run command (SystemPropertiesAdvanced) to open the classic performance panel. Inside that, I adjusted visual effects for best performance, disabling animations and transparency to improve responsiveness and I also opened Task Manager to inspect running processes, ending unnecessary background tasks and disabling startup apps to reduce system load. Additionally, I cleared temporary files using the temp and %temp% folders, and lowered display resolution to reduce graphical strain. I also reinstalled different versions of Minecraft education multiple times. I used different users and everything i did  didn't work. My laptop is running a 64-bit Windows operating system on an x64-based AMD A10-9620P processor with Radeon R5 graphics, featuring 10 compute cores (4 CPU + 6 GPU) at 2.50 GHz. It has 8 GB of DDR4 RAM installed, with 6.89 GB usable, and dual storage drives—an Intel 119 GB SSD (model SSDSC2KF128G8L) and a 932 GB HDD (model ST1000LM035-1RK172). The integrated AMD Radeon R5 Graphics has 1006 MB of memory.
