Urgent Help Needed: Minecraft Education Subscription Cancellation

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am desperately trying to cancel my Minecraft Education subscription, but I no longer have access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center – my business account was migrated/converted into a personal account in the meantime.

Calling the hotline only resulted in someone wanting to connect remotely to my computer – I found this extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately, I was told there was no other way.

I even sent a written cancellation letter by post to the German Microsoft office, but it was completely ignored, and my subscription was renewed once again.

Could someone please help me? I honestly don’t know what else to do anymore.
