It won't let me log in
Hello! When I try to log in with my institutional account, Minecraft Education gives me this message.We couldn't log you in. Make sure you're logging in with your school or organization account and try again.

When I log in on my cell phone with the same account I'm trying to use on my computer, it opens normally. It seems to only happen on my computer. The app is updated and everything. I don't know what's going on. :(
This is the first time this has happened, I had already played on this computer before and with the same email address. pleas help
