No Playstore Access

Hello - 

I am on a school campus with limited IT support this summer and cannot get to the Playstore to download Minecraft Education due to the administrator's settings on the student devices. We are trying to teach a curriculum based on Minecraft Education. Is there any alternative ways to download the app? Thank you!
