  To help us break down the issue, can you check the following?

   

  1. Are you using any proxies or filters (i.e. Web Filtering)? If so, can you confirm that you've allow listed all required URLs and added all Firewall exclusions?

  2. Does this occur in a specific world or lesson? This can help determine any world specific things that might cause issues.

  3. Can you ensure that all installations of Minecraft Education are up to date? 

  4. Can you confirm that all updates for your device are installed? Keeping your device up to date can help prevent compatibility issues.

  5. Can you provide the specification of the device you're playing on?
  6. What platform are you on? (Windows, MacOS, ChromeOS, etc.) 

  6. Is this affecting any other devices?
