Crashing while running a server
I am hosting a server on my instructor PC and having roughly 10-15 students connect while in my computer lab.
I am currently having major crashes where it just completely exits Minecraft. I found error codes in event viewer: Exception Code: 0xc0000409
Graphics card drivers are updated on all machines and Minecraft is the latest version.

Hey Stephen Wong,
This Windows exception code can mean a few things, but generally its caused by a registry error or an install error.
It may help to uninstall, then reinstall Minecraft: Education Edition on your device. Before doing this we strongly recommend backing up your world files. You can do this by following the steps in the guide below:
Importing and Exporting Your Worlds
If you are unable to open the app, you can manually search for and back up your worlds by following these paths in Windows or Mac:
PC: C:\Users\(USERNAME)\AppData\Roaming\Minecraft Education Edition\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorlds
You may also want to clean the registry after uninstalling just incase there is some registry issues. I've personally used CCleaner with success in the past before.
