black and purple screen

my friend has been trying to log onto Minecraft but his world always shows pink/purple and black boxes in the back ground. not too long after he loads into the world, it kicks him and saying something about storage. i don't remember the exact words but it never works. he cant export the world because when he scrolls to the bottom of the settings it doesn't show the option to delete, export, or copy.
