cannot sign in

i cannot sign in it is not letting me i do not know what to do

 my internet is working fine but it shows this

  I have noticed that sometimes a 2.4ghz networks more reliably connects than a 5ghz network. Are you able to toggle between networks and see if it makes a difference?
