Glitch

I was playing English Adventures. Once I got out of the story, and into the actual world, everything and everyone was floating. I was then supposed to follow Lilac, but I couldn’t move, therefore I couldn’t follow her. If you could solve this, that would mean a lot. Thanks!

  Hi, this wasn't a glitch, but I had a problem with the game. When I was in the snowy world, I tried to put a letter in the puzzle, but it wouldn't let me and I tried for an hour and it wouldn't let me put, then I got the hint and I used the letter for the hint, but it still wouldn't let me. Thanks
