License expired issue

School license was not expired but only my school account was expired. All my classmates can use school account. I contacted support but they asked me to contact school district but I have no idea about contact info. My school is epping west public school in nsw. Does any one know what is contact information of our district or how to find it?

  You would contact your teacher who would then contact the IT admin to look at your account. We don't have contact information for your district.
