Problem with English Adventures

I was playing this Cambridge game to see if it could be used in my school. I got completely stuck in one section where you are supposed to find 9 letters to solve a puzzle. I swear to god I spent an hour looking for a missing "T". I even went on creative mode to add some torches and fly around, by I swear the letter is not there. I don't know who to contact because nor Minecraft nor Cambridge have somewhere to file complaints about this specific template.
