Unable to connect to MEE. Check your internet connection

Hi Community,

I am facing a problem on win7 comptures, whenever I connect I get the below message. I have tried couple solutions found on ineternet such disabling the firewall, checking if two instances were installed, Reinstalling MEE from scratch and also using my 4g connection, even though I am still having this issue

Any feedback would be appreciated

  Hey there,

  Can you make sure the Windows 7 computers are on the latest version of Win7? Also, what version of M:EE are you on? Lastly, make sure to forward port 19132 TCP/UDP and if you're on a school network make sure that our URLs are allowed through the firewall.
