Where is the run-down on the new GUI for settings in 1.14.70 please?

I just had a little come-uppance when I tried to help my second graders turn off the rain... =] (classroom settings are elsewhere)

Is there a graphic somewhere, please? and thanks.

(I did figure it, but I'd like to have the post and the rest of the skinny on the changes, please. )
