Structure Blok - How to make a code, to import a 3D object

How can I import a 3D structure into Minecraft, as I have no other options for saving other than these:

I don't know how I can import my structures
What can I do? Because in the Minecraft app, it says that it has three Save, Export, and Load options, but I only have Export
Can I import them any other way?
