How can I change my skin and name on Minecraft EDUCATION EDITION?

  Hi there Ben Yusuf. To change your skin you can click the clothing hanger on the main menu screen. To change your name in Minecraft: Education Edition you need to have it edited at an account level.

  You cannot change your display name only the admin of your organization can. As for downloading and installing try running as an administrator. Can you send a screenshot of the error you are having?
