My minecraft Education is not working

I'm having problem at the moment I want to start the game, when it asks me to log in into my account it says there's a problem with mi account and I don't understand why, hope you can help me please.

  None of the suggestions worked. MCEE 2021 on a 2020 intel Mac does not work. any suggestions.

  download works, install works, approve app in security prompt given. and then a blank screen.

  Nothing showing, no error. nothing.

  Internet is working. Just Minecraft not working

  Do these guys ever do any testing and bug fixes? I'm always requesting help on Minecraft problems.

  Sorry you're having trouble -- any monitoring software running in the background that prevents installation without proper admin credentials?
