My minecraft education only has the defult steve and alex skin, it used to have more than thoes, why does this happen, can someone answer my question?

  Hi pmhuj Chen - there was a bug causing this type of behavior a few weeks ago but it should have been fixed.  Did your skins return or are you still seeing only Alex and Steve?

  Its still bugged, I had to uninstall and reinstall the game and the skins were back.
