Minecraft Gets Removed from Chromebook after Using Pearson TestNav Kiosk App

Many of our students are using Minecraft EDU on their Chromebooks for STEM club. We started state testing yesterday using the Pearson TestNav app (kiosk). Many students/teachers are reporting that, after using the TestNav app, Minecraft has been uninstalled (and all their Minecraft worlds are gone) or that some of their Minecraft worlds are missing (but Minecraft is still installed).
Lenovo 300e with 4GB/32GB.
Anyone else experience this or have thoughts?
