Chromebook Help needed asap!!!!!!

The game will load up but when it comes to the sign in screen and the sign in button is clicked the game closes/crashes and i have no idea what to do.

  I can't sign in it keeps take me back in the start saying "You need to sign in your school

  Restart!

  Does that solve anything?
