MEE on Chromebooks - closing on startup (on proxy networks) after v90.0.4430.100 COS update.

Hi, 

Wondering if anyone has any insight into this issue.

Since updating to v90.0.4430.100 I am seeing MEE automatically close on startup on Chromebooks - it gets about 2/3 of the way through loading and just closes.

Has the list of whitelist URLs changed or something?

I am seeing it work fine on non-proxy networks (home network etc).
