I can't remove a texture pack

This is a unique problem, I found out how to add texture packs and I added one from the in game settings not onto a world When i did this and I wanted to remove it after but when I clicked on settings nothing came up so I couldn't deactivate it since the settings on the worlds don't come up either I'm not able to do any of the coding lessons anymore, Can an admin go into my account and delete this for me?
