Unable to connect to world

Hi everyone,

We have been running a Minecraft in our school for most of 2021. We have used it with varying success. Students absolutely love it. Playing solo there is no problem and when I host a game, there is also no problem.

The problem arises when students host their own worlds. I would say 70% of students join with no problems, the other 30% have the error unable to connect to world.

We have tried absolutely everything to get it working, Followed the tutorials online, whitelisted, updates, same versions etc etc.

The only way we can get those students connected is to create a hotspot and then it works, which makes me think the issue is related to the network, but the question is why would it work for some students and not for others.

Any ideas?
