Asking for the host IP address

We have a remote Minecraft program with the library I run. This has been amazing during the pandemic as we are remote and has performed flawlessly. The last two sessions however, I have had issue when it comes for the participant to put in my join code, it appears briefly then disappears and asks for my IP address (host) instead. It doesn't do it for everyone, however, what could cause this so I can help troubleshoot this when future problems happen. Couldn't do a program earlier today because of this. Thank you.

  Is this still occurring? Were you able to try putting in the IP address for them to join?
