Problemas para iniciar sesión

Hola, cuando intento iniciar sesión en el juego me dice que no podéis conectar con el servicio que necesito. He intentado ver si el problema es la licencia, pero tampoco sé como puedo hacer el pago.

  Two issues might be occurring. One is that your user account has not been added to an organization account. Once added the second thing is a license will need to be added to allow you to login without an error code being thrown. Let me know your findings. Include some screenshots of the error if you're able.
