Non-local network multiplayer solved and then suddenly stopped working?
Has anybody gone through this too?
A month ago, one of our teachers noticed that the multiplayer hosting had been solved.
For a bried period, teachers had no need to set up the port forwading configuration to be able to host a world outside a local network and students could join each other worlds perfectly and work together on their assignments from home.
That's no longer the case.
I'm curious to know what happened and if the new update perhaps reverted this feature? Maybe it was some testing in a determined zone?
In any case, at least for a while the kids enjoyed sharing their worlds without the need of a teacher hosting the world for them.
I'm located in South America, Perú, Lima. Any info about this would be great! As this feature could help lots of schools here not just us.
Thanks!
