Can't create a lesson.

I've read on the forum that with the new overhaul you need the Mentor Badge in order to create a lesson, I've applied and submitted the form quite a while ago and was wondering if applications were halted or if there is a glitch.

  I couldn't even find what badge I needed to create lessons. Where can we go to confirm what badge level we need? I am still doing my mentor badge.
