Vanilla world edit

I wish that you would give yourself a world edit wand or some other tool that allows you to copy and paste areas of blocks, cut areas and delete areas, it would also be cool if you can spawn spheres of the desired block, I don't want the wand to be in the creative menu I want it to be a block like the Command block where you have to use a command in the chat to spawn it in, thanks for looking at my post!
