Chromebook downloading issue
We have a student who has used Minecraft edu several times from a school Chromebook using an organization account. Now when he goes to play it the app is no longer in his tray but it says it’s installed on Google play store. When we try to install it, the download hangs at 71%.

having the same issue on a student's loaner device. when she tries to install it errors at 71%. if i sign in with her account on the same model device here at our H/O and it works fine. wifi speed and strength is fine, 75Mbps/90%+, device has 10GB+ free space and is right up to date. do the devices HAVE to be setup as on-to-one? If they are not, doesnt it just mean it has to download when they sign in?
anybody have any ideas to helps us out?
