Minecraft License

I am running a Minecraft Coding camp this Summer that will be virtual. Students will be using everything from Laptops, Chromebooks to iPads. I know where to buy the Minecraft licenses (60 students) in the Microsoft store but I get confused with how to purchase, distribute then how the students will use the License. Is there a video or can you direct me to something that I can use to help explain the buying/ distributing process.  This seems to be the most confusing and I want to be able to clearly create to students and parents….

  How do I know if my school/board has a license? I am logged in but really don't want the trial if we will be kicked out after a limited number of logins. I don't see how to tell if it is a trial or an account purchased by the board.
