problem with sign in windows 10

I have a problem after download minecraft education edition then when I click sign in therse is say no internet and iam sure i have internet how i can solve this prplem

  I fixed this issues by uninstalling ALL minecraft edu applications as I had more than one. then reinstalled only one version.
