Assigning Minecraft License

Hello!

We purchased a license for Minecraft Education as we want to assign licenses to users, but it is not allowing us and stating that we are not an institution / school. We do have office 365 accounts and all. We tried troubleshooting it with Microsoft team but still did not work. We cannot access Microsoft Education Store as well to assign licenses. This is urgent, please.

  Hi STEMA Center I am going to open a request with the support desk to investigate.  It would be very helpful if you could respond to the intial email with the domain of your O365 tenant - basically everything after the "@" in the email address you use for your accounts.
