Cant connect.

Every time I enter the game it says to sign in, so I press sign in and nothing happens. It always says "We can't connect to the service right now.  Please check your internet and try again." I just want to play..

  Hi there Emma Parra. I'm sorry to hear about that error message. This usually appears if you have multiple versions of Minecraft: Education Edition installed on your device. I would look to see if there are multiple installations on said device and remove the extras. Have a great day!
