Unable to join worlds - Multiplayer connection issues

Hi,

We are experiencing issues with children try to connect together and play each other in their worlds.

We have current licences. We have ipads - all updated on latest version of ios and minecraft v1.14.50

Basically we have tried everything but we dont know what the exact error is. What would be really helpful is if minecraft gives a more detailed error message for when 2 players cannot connect. Is this possible?
