A student can't break on any maps

Hi!

One of my students can't break in any maps, even though she's in creative mode. She can place and do everything else but break. Is there any way I can help her?

  • /wb true
  • Cheats are on
  • Immutable world is false
  • Ensure her "break" button is set properly in control settings
