Student address is not working anymore

Hi,

One of my student isn't able to connect to his own student address to Minecraft Education. It says that is school license has expired, which is weird, because he is my only student with that problem out of more than a 100. What should I do?

  Hi Vincent-

  I'm going to open a ticket so that we can investigate.  Can you reply to the email you'll receive with the email address of the student having the issue?
