Critical - Cannot Login
Hi, sice today we have been experiencing issues with the login of Faculty and Students --> "we couldn't login. Please check that you are using a school account and try agan". We all have active Microsoft 365 A3 licenses (billed monthly). Problem seems to be random because some of the students or teachers can login, but the majority cannot. I also tried creating a completely new user and providing the license A3 (or A1) but the error is the same. We need your support to solve this issue as soon as possible please. Thanks a lot

Monica Soteras I'm very sorry you and your students were having issues logging in today. Unfortunately there was a large service outage that affected our sign-in services earlier today. This should be resolving now. Let us know if you continue to have issues.

Same issue. We are new to MC:EE and I'm trying to get students started. We were able to install MC:EE and open it. However, after choosing "SIGN IN" we get a series of screen changes and its back to "SIGN IN" again. I took a short video (~2 minutes) of the problem. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NF1hxwu3OrY

I think we are experencing the same problem:
We plan to use Minecraft EDU on 300+ iPad.
However, nobody from our school can sign in to Minecraft EDU.
If s.o. tries to sign in with a school account on Minecraft EDU on an ipad, we fail getting the error message "we cannot sign you in. Please make sure that you are logged in with your school account ..." (actually the German version of it)
* although we have a valid A3 licence
* although we doubled checked that its not the private account
* although we made sure that my passwort is correct (if an incorrect password is given, we get a different ("wrong password") error message)
* although we did several reinstallations and tried again
HOWEVER, if with my son's school account (who is at a different school), I can login flawlessly and play Minecraft EDU.
This is driving us nuts.
