Make it a bit harder to delete NPCs

I spent a while on dialog and commands for an NPC on IOS, and then... *POOF*! One wrong click and I ended up deleting all my work. Deleting the NPC should be an option in it’s GUI. There should be a setting to enable the GUI option and therefore disable the one-tap delete. Should be a somewhat quick fix...
